Service Guarantee

Splurge Salon offers the strongest guarantee in the industry. If you are not completely delighted with your service, we will offer you a complimentary redo with the designer of your choice or we will reimburse your service charges.

Product Guarantee

Splurge Salon offers the highest quality L’Oreal Paris products offered only in the world’s finest salons. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please return the unused portion within 72 hours for a full unconditional refund.

Teamwork

Changes can be refreshing from time to time. As professionals with many different interpretations of fashion and design, we will support your decision to work with different service providers to achieve your desired look.

Cancellations

The service you select is reserved for you. Cancellations without a 24 hour notice are subject to full charges.

Groups

Packages and group reservations must be held with a major credit card or gift certificate which may be charged if there is no cancellation notice within 24 hours of the appointment.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are exchangeable for services but are not refundable and have no cash value. Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced by the salon.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, Cash, Checks and Gift Certificates. Returned checks will be charges a $25.00 fee.
